Being the mother of 8, and having experienced pregnancies, child birth, postpartum recovery, and peri menopause my goal is to help women maintain a healthy weight and grow stronger through strength training. My workouts are designed with flexibility, balance, and strength. Lifting weights is so important for a stronger body image and lessens a woman's chance of getting osteoporosis later in life.
